Is the resort child friendly?
Our resort is ideal for families with children of all ages, and we’ve taken extra care to design offers and experiences that guarantee smooth sailing all through your stay.

What time can I check in?
Guests are welcome to check in from 14.00, and we kindly ask that you check out by 12.00 on the day of departure.

Are there different meal options available?
Sun Siyam Iru Veli is a fully all-inclusive resort, with a wide range of restaurants and bars to suit every mood, taste and occasion. Please contact us for more details on our all-inclusive package. 

Are Gala Dinners included in my meal option?
For guests staying during the holiday season, we hold special Gala Dinners on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day at an extra cost. Please get in touch for more information.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

Are all taxes included?
Our rates exclude applicable taxes and service changes. Goods and Services is added at 12%, Service Charge at 10% and Green Tax at $6 per guest per day.

Can I use my drone at the resort?
We take the privacy and safety of our guests very seriously, and therefore have a strict No Drone Policy in place. The full policy is outlined below.

К ним относятся дроны, используемые для кино- и видеосъемки, а также дроны, применяемые СМИ и журналистами на территории курорта. Данный запрет распространяется на устройства, запускаемые с территории курорта и за ее пределами.

Компания Sun Siyam Resorts имеет право на использование дронов в коммерческих целях в любое время. При этом мы принимаем все возможные меры для обеспечения спокойствия гостей и защиты их конфиденциальности.
